1. Warranty Coverage
DAKA offers a 2-year limited warranty on all humidifier products purchased from dakaofficialstore.com or authorized retailers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

 

  • Defective components or materials
  • Malfunctioning parts under normal operation
  • Free replacement of defective parts or products

 

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
  • Products repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Damage from using non-DAKA accessories or parts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (not dakaofficialstore.com or our authorized partners)

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

 

  1. Contact our warranty support team at warranty@dakaofficialstore.com with your order number, product model, and description of the issue
  2. Provide photos or videos documenting the defect if requested
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide instructions for repair or replacement
  4. For approved claims, replacement products or parts will be shipped at no additional cost
